CARE GUIDE
Phalaenopsis orchids are easy to care for and make perfect additions to homes and offices.
Follow these simple tips to keep your orchid healthy and blooming:
Light
Place in bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, which can burn the leaves.
Water
Water every 7–10 days. Let the roots dry slightly between watering. Never let the plant sit in water.
Temperature
Prefers 18–27°C. Keep away from cold drafts or heat sources.
Humidity
Enjoys moderate humidity, but normal indoor air is usually sufficient.
Potting Mix
Use a special orchid bark mix, not regular soil.
Fertilizer
Feed with orchid fertiliser every 2–4 weeks during active growth.
Pruning
After flowering, trim the flower spike and remove any dead leaves or roots.
Repotting
Repot every 1–2 years or when the potting mix starts to break down.
